Child Safety Standards

Nikah Matrimonial maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Nikah Matrimonial is committed to providing a safe and trusted environment for adults seeking matrimonial relationships.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, and any other conduct that endangers children.

Important: Nikah Matrimonial is intended for adults and does not permit children or minors to use the platform where restricted by applicable law or Google Play requirements.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Nikah Matrimonial strictly prohibits any activity involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of children.

Nikah Matrimonial has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM.

Any attempt to use the platform for child sexual abuse or exploitation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Users must never use Nikah Matrimonial to:

  • Sexually exploit or abuse a child.
  • Groom or attempt to groom a child for sexual purposes.
  • Request, create, upload, transmit, share, or distribute CSAM.
  • Exchange sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Facilitate the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
  • Sextort, threaten, blackmail, or manipulate a child for sexual purposes.
  • Arrange or facilitate sexual contact or sexual activity involving a child.
  • Direct users to other services for the purpose of exploiting children.

2. Age Requirement

Nikah Matrimonial is an adult-oriented matrimonial service.

Users are required to meet the applicable minimum age requirements before creating or maintaining an account.

Users must provide truthful information about their age during registration.

If we become aware that an account belongs to an underage user in violation of our requirements, we may suspend or permanently remove the account and take any other action required by applicable law or platform policy.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content and behaviour are strictly prohibited on Nikah Matrimonial:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Sexualized images or videos involving minors.
  • Sexual solicitation involving a minor.
  • Content promoting or facilitating child sexual exploitation.
  • Content encouraging sexual contact with children.
  • Content attempting to normalize or promote child sexual abuse.
  • Instructions intended to facilitate the exploitation of children.
  • Links or contact information intended to facilitate child exploitation.

These restrictions apply to profiles, photographs, messages, comments, usernames, uploaded media, and other communications or content available through the service.

4. Grooming and Sexual Exploitation

Nikah Matrimonial strictly prohibits grooming and other attempts to establish a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.

Examples of prohibited behaviour include:

  • Building trust with a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Asking a minor to keep a relationship secret.
  • Requesting sexual photographs or videos from a minor.
  • Moving conversations with a minor to another platform for sexual purposes.
  • Threatening or blackmailing a minor.
  • Offering money, gifts, employment, marriage, or other benefits in exchange for sexual activity or sexual material involving a child.

Such behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other child-safety concerns through the reporting mechanism provided within Nikah Matrimonial.

Users should report:

  • Suspicious profiles.
  • Suspicious messages or conversations.
  • Sexual solicitation involving a minor.
  • Suspected grooming.
  • Suspected CSAM.
  • Attempts to exploit or traffic children.
  • Any behaviour that may place a child at risk.
Do not intentionally download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM.

Instead, report the account or content through the available reporting mechanism.

Report a Child Safety Concern

6. Our Response to Reports

Nikah Matrimonial takes reports concerning child safety seriously.

When we receive a report or otherwise obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

  1. Review the available information.
  2. Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
  3. Remove or restrict access to prohibited content where appropriate.
  4. Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
  5. Take steps to prevent the reported account from continuing prohibited activity.
  6. Report confirmed CSAM or suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities or relevant reporting organizations where required by applicable law.
  7. Cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from authorized authorities.

7. Blocking and Safety Controls

Users are encouraged to use the available blocking and reporting features to protect themselves and other members.

Users should immediately block and report accounts that:

  • Make inappropriate sexual requests.
  • Claim to be underage.
  • Ask for sexual photographs or videos.
  • Attempt to move conversations to another platform for suspicious purposes.
  • Engage in threatening, coercive, or exploitative behaviour.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Nikah Matrimonial may use a combination of user reports, moderation processes, technical safeguards, and other appropriate measures to identify and address violations of these standards.

We may take enforcement action without prior warning when necessary to protect users or comply with applicable law.

Enforcement actions may include:

  • Content removal.
  • Profile restrictions.
  • Messaging restrictions.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Prevention of account re-registration where technically and legally appropriate.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Nikah Matrimonial is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, child-protection, privacy, and online-safety laws and regulations.

Where legally required, confirmed CSAM or other child exploitation matters will be reported to the appropriate governmental, law-enforcement, or child-safety reporting authority.

We may preserve relevant information when legally permitted or required and may cooperate with authorized investigations.

10. Child Safety Point of Contact

Nikah Matrimonial has designated a child-safety point of contact responsible for handling matters related to CSAE, CSAM prevention, reports, enforcement procedures, and compliance with applicable child-safety requirements.

11. Cooperation With Authorities

Where appropriate and legally required, Nikah Matrimonial will cooperate with law enforcement, child-protection authorities, and recognized child-safety organizations concerning suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We may preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required to support an investigation.
