Refund policy

A member who want to cancel his membership is eligible for refund of the Membership Fee (after deducting transactional tax and service tax, as applicable) and avail the refund of membership fee must have NOT utilised his/her membership by viewing contact details of the profiles. Such members shall give in writing the reason for cancellation of their Nikah Matrimonial membership within 7 days of purchase of membership. Cancellation and refund requests shall be sent to support@nikahmatrimonial.com

No Membership fee will be refund if you have viewed any of the matrimonial profile/contact details. In this case you will have to use your membership plan accordingly.

Mode of Refund and Timeframe: Refunds will be processed to your bank account only through NEFT transfer only and may take upto 5 business days. No refund will be done through cash.
