Dear User,

Please read these terms and conditions before you proceed with the registration process. Please note that we shall henceforth refer to Nikah Matrimonial as NM in this document.

Registration

• Please ensure that the information provided by you or your friends and relatives to NM in terms of your name, age, work profile, references, and any other particulars related to your social groups and interests is true. We shall act on the basis of the very same considering it to be authentic. NM cannot be held accountable in case of the non-veracity of these details.
• The minimum age for registering in NM is 18 and 21 years for men and women respectively. There is no maximum age limit.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and legal capability to enter into this Agreement and that you are neither prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.
• NM reserves the right to terminate your membership if details furnished by you are found out to be false, inaccurate, or misleading. There will be no refund.

Membership

You can sign up and create an NM matrimonial profile for free. However, your membership upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by SM. Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for:

• Indian citizens
• Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or persons of Indian descent/heritage
• Non Resident Indians (NRI)

NM Services:
You can enjoy services of NM till you want unless we terminate your membership.

Membership: There are four membership categories: Silver, Gold, Semi Gold, and Diamond for a period of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months respectively.
*There is absolutely no refund.

Expiry of Membership - Once your membership expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts and also upgrade your membership to access these features without issues.
NM does not provide complete guarantee to the claims made by its members regarding particulars such as status, age, income. You are requested to make the needful enquiries before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance.
You shall receive advance notifications and emails to remind you about any payment issues. Also, your memberships will be renewed automatically on the receipt of payment. You reserve the right to continue or withdraw membership from SM.

My Nikah Matrimonial Account

• When you register and create an account on SM, you are solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account password and other profile details you do not wish to share.
• You will be held accountable for all activities (profile visits/browsing, and messages) that occur under your account or password.
• NM reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content without prior notice.

Communication and Netiquette

• NM will expressly communicate with you via emails to expound on the different product packages and services rendered by it. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to receive communications (any advertisement/newsletter) from us electronically.
• You are solely responsible for the provision of your photograph and profile information.
• You are not allowed to make duplicate profiles. If found, all of them will be suspended.
• You are not allowed to post content (picture/photograph or profile information) that is defamatory, objectionable, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, illegal, or violates the rights of another person in any way. Your membership will be automatically annulled if it is found that you are sending/transmitting "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.
• You can neither publicize any other matrimonial service through information exchange via NM nor use our services to send chain mail or junk mails to endorse and promote other products and services.
• NM is not responsible for the changes or alterations, deletion, transmission or any such misuse of content done by a user in the public domain.
• Please stick to the limit imposed by NM with respect to the number of profiles you can contact every day.
• A visitor can browse 2 profiles
• For a free account membership, you can view 5 profiles
• Paid members can view all the matching profiles.
• NM has the right to suspend or rescind your membership and withdraw your profile without any prior notice.
• Follow proper netiquette and ensure that the messages you send are respectful and carefully worded so as to avoid hurting a prospective party’s sentiments.
• Nikah Matrimonial is fundamentally a matrimonial portal. Using it to date/flirt is strictly prohibited.
• You are not allowed to share/send content from another person’s profile.
• NM is only responsible for validating the profile details of the member. Character verification has to be done by the interested parties themselves.

Disclaimers

• Matrimonial Website provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
• Everything about our website, from the software, the content (text and graphics) and the policies, is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
• NM vouchsafes to maintain utmost confidentiality of all your personal information, except in cases when required to reveal information as required by the law.
• NM grants you a limited license to access and make personal use matrimonial website. However, you are not given the license to download, modify any content or make commercial or derivative use of the website and its content (for your benefit or for the benefit of a third party) without written permission of SM. Therefore, you are prohibited from editing, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting our website and its purpose without our legal consent.
• The use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering as well as extraction tools is strictly prohibited.
• This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of BM.
• You may not use any trademark, logo, or other patented information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of NM without our written consent.
• NM will not be held accountable for any technical malfunction in terms of breakdown of telephone network or lines, computer systems, internet service, software failure etc.
• The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) via NM is not a matrimonial recommendation by SM. Therefore match seekers have to make personal enquiries regarding the veracity of the accepted or liked profiles before proceeding with the match. NM will not be held responsible for any damage (emotional/financial).
• NM does not claim responsibility for any crime (cyber or otherwise) attempted/committed by anyone. Such information again has to be verified by the parties interested in furthering a matrimonial alliance.
• NM cannot be held accountable for cases involving force-majeure or 'an act of god'.
